You can find Mike’s Kitchen at Clinton Premium Outlets year-round. As of June 1, 2025, we will be open at the Outlets’ food truck court every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at noon (Weather permitting).  Stop by and enjoy one of our specialty grilled sandwiches or trailer-made, from scratch, Mac & Cheese.
